Our nutritionist has created a whole library of meal plans, recipes and even shopping lists to guide clients through everything they need to shop, cook and eat healthfully. And we’ve made sure daily plans are balanced with the right amounts of calories, carbs, sugar and fat.
Super-foods often mean super-expensive. We shy away from hard to find and expensive ingredients. Our recipes use ingredients that are found in most super-markets. We’ve sized our recipes for one and make sure to use up any leftovers the next day. If it’s on the shopping list, it’s all used during the week minimizing fresh food waste.
We take the confusion and frustration out following a new plan with easy to makes recipes that use simple, fresh ingredients. Our recipes are in imperial as well as metric measurements and we include multiples names so a client buying a Zucchini doesn’t need to wonder what a Courgette is. Clients tell us that not only do they get great results, they really enjoy the recipes too.

|Anti-Candida||Developed in partnership with Dr. Keesha Ewers, designed to eliminate candidiasis. Food with a high-glycemic load is excluded including grains, dairy, legumes most starchy vegetables, most fruits, added sugars, and alcohol.|
|Auto-Immune Paleo||Designed for patients and clients with inflammatory issues and autoimmune disorders.|
|Clean Eating||A program that includes whole and fresh fruits and vegetables, lean protein, and healthy fats.|
|Core Restore Detox||Core Restore from Ortho Molecular Products, a program designed to promote overall health and wellbeing, including improving blood lipids, hypertension, preventing and reversing type II diabetes and metabolic syndrome, aid in weight loss, improve gut health, and improved energy levels. |Elimination Diet||Eliminates foods commonly known to cause food sensitivities, followed by a reintroduction period.|
|Elimination Diet – Vegan||Eliminates foods commonly known to cause food sensitivities, followed by a reintroduction period.|
|Food Diary||Allows clients to track foods they are eating, exercise, body metrics, and condition prior to being assigned a plan. No daily plans, meal plans, or recipes included.|
|GERD||A Gut Health diet for patients with acid reflux, heartburn, and other digestive issues. Removes common gut irritants spicy foods, high-fat foods, etc.|
|Healthy Eating||We call this the “starter program,” It encourages consumption of whole and fresh fruits and vegetables, lean protein, healthy fat. While whole grains and dairy are allowed, recipes are gluten and dairy-free.|
|Healthy Heart||A program designed to promote a healthy heart, that can also be used by those with hypertension or high cholesterol. Recipes are free of added sodium.|
|Ketogenic||A Ketogenic diet consists of 60-75% (or higher) of calories from fat, 15-30% protein, 5-10% carbs, and 30g or less of net carbs per day. The majority of this food plan consists of organic and wild-caught proteins and fish and whole-fat dairy.|
|Low-FODMAP||This Low-FODMAP plan is gluten-free and dairy-free. Following this plan may help improve symptoms of IBS and other gastrointestinal issues. The plan is 28 days of following a Low FODMAP meal plan with an additional 28 days for reintroducing high and medium FODMAP foods to test for intolerances.|
|Low-Sugar||A low-glycemic meal plan designed for clients who are pre-diabetic, have Type II diabetes, inflammatory issues, or those who want to reduce their sugar intake.|
|Low-Sugar Vegetarian||A program designed to promote a healthy heart, that can also be used by those with hypertension or high cholesterol. Recipes are free of added sodium.|
|Mediterranean||Health diet that’s not too restrictive. Plenty of fruits, vegetables, nuts, and healthy oils. Plus fish, poultry, whole grains, and low-fat dairy.|
|Paleo||This is a classic paleo diet – clean animal proteins, nuts, and vegetables|
|Thyroid Support||A Thyroid friendly menu plan that contains legumes (lentils) as well as many paleo recipes. Raw cruciferous vegetables excluded.|
